| Iris, this is an absolutely superb site where you have clearly had to work very hard to gather your info. and will have to do so to maintain it! Well done.
In my younger days our house overlooked Philips offices in Dartmouth, and I attended the launch of several of the lightships that they built.When completed, the Trinity House vessels were normally towed away by the THV 'Patricia'. |

| I belong to the group that is restoring the steam lighthouse tender LILAC built in 1933. She is now located in New York City. We would be interested in hearing from anyone who served on her or has recollections of her. She was operating in the Delaware Bay and River 1933-1972. |
